Drs. Joel and Kathy (Right) graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic West (Dr. Joel in March of 1995 and Dr. Kathy in December of 1999). Dr. Joel founded two thriving practices, one in Centralia, Washington (1996) and later, in Los Gatos, California (August 1997) where he met and married Dr. Kathy. With the birth of their son, Kenobi, Drs. Joel and Kathy elected to relocate to an environment where they could find a better balance between their professional and personal lives. Their search led them to Castle Rock, Colorado.
In August 2002, they opened Well Within Chiropractic. Together, with Jaidin born in 2004, they truly define a family practice ready to help you not only regain your health but empower you to live a life that is truly extraordinary.
Dr. Joel has been an invited speaker to the profession nationwide as well as personal mentor and coach to Doctors all over the world. Dr. Joel was honored to take care of the 2010 MLS Cup Champion Colorado Rapids and a resume that includes care for Team USA Judo, Team USA Wrestling, Team USA Weight Lifting, Team USA Sitting Volleyball and elite MMA Athletes.

Dr. Jake Long, D.C. (below) completed undergraduate work at Texas State University, where he studied Exercise Science with an emphasis on Physical Therapy. He received a Doctorate of Chiropractic in April 2019. While attending Chiropractic School Dr. Jake attended many seminars to further advance his proficiency in the application of the art of Chiropractic covering full spine analysis/adjusting, Extremity analysis/adjusting, and prenatal analysis/adjusting, including a certification in the Webster Technique.
Dr. Jake has also served on mission trips to Mexico to provide care to those that would otherwise not be able to receive it. Dr. Jake’s life has been transformed through Chiropractic and he is passionate about helping people of all ages reach their highest potential in life.
